Our Packaging

We take a holistic approach to sustainability within the design of our packaging, looking for ways to make each item a little better for our environment.

Throughout our packaging we have used recycled and compostable materials wherever possible.

• The bags offered in our store are long life reusable bags, made from recycled materials.

• Our boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard

• Our mailer bags are 100% biodegradable

• The Movrs thank you cards that ship with each order are plantable and embedded with wildflower seeds that will bloom when planted. The thank you cards are made of Lotka paper, which is made from the bark of the Daphne bush which regenerates naturally providing a renewable resource.

Our Store

When renovating the Movrs flagship store on Harry St, Dublin 2 one of our main goals was to reuse / up-cycle existing store components wherever possible in order to minimise waste.

Throughout the shop we up-cycled around 65% of units. This was done across all floors of the shop from the top floor to the basement. This formed part of our minimal waste approach to our fitout.

We also wanted to bring in as many natural elements throughout our flagship store, installing a large moss wall on the ground floor as well as bringing plant life throughout the store.
