Please note: Shoes purchased online can be returned through the online channel using DPD or to our store in Harry Street. Shoes purchased in-store must be returned to our store in Harry Street.
We expect that your shoes will be delivered within 3 working days, however they make take up to 7 working days. Please allow extra time over the Christmas period.
All returns must be made within 60 days from date of purchase, items purchased more than 60 days ago cannot be returned.
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment. We advise that you try shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Print off the returns label and attach to your returns package. Return label can be found on the reverse of your online order invoice or you can download HERE
Return via your preferred delivery method to the Movrs shop. Address is listed below. We recommend registered post or by courier. Movrs cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note return fees apply and are non-refundable.

If we have made a packing error, sent you the wrong items, or you need help with your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged show box as this is considered part of the product.
Items should be returned to us within 60 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Sale items can be returned for a refund at the sale price. Please note if the sale has ended the price to re-purchase the same item may be higher. We do not offer an exchange on returned items.
If you want to exchange your product for a different size please follow the standard returns policy outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of the product. You are free to order another product in your preferred size www.movrs-store.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For International Returns please return your item with tags still on, along with the returns form by registered post to the address below. Movrs cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
